This Privacy Policy explains how Supercrop B.V. (“Supercrop”, “we”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our website, mobile application, and related services (the “Services”).

1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, organisation, role, password (hashed).
  • Farm data: facility, zone, planting, sap-test and product information that you enter or upload.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, interactions with features, device and browser type, IP address.
  • Communications: messages you send us and our replies.

3. How we use your data

  • To deliver and improve the Services.
  • To process sap analyses and generate tank-mix recommendations.
  • To provide customer support.
  • To send service-related emails (you can opt out of marketing).
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process personal data on the basis of: (a) performance of a contract when you use the Services; (b) legitimate interests in securing and improving the Services; (c) your consent where required; and (d) compliance with legal obligations.

5. Sharing

We share personal data only with vetted sub-processors acting on our behalf: cloud hosting (Vercel, Supabase), laboratory partners (NovaCropControl), payment processors, email providers, and analytics. We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

7. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal or operational reasons. You can request deletion at any time.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email support@supercrop.ag. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

9. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

10. Children

The Services are not intended for children under 16.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Services or by email.
